Who runs Noeninger Translations General Partnership?

Inge Noeninger, certified translator

Thanks to my thorough professional training in Germany and other countries and my more than 25 years of experience in legal translation, I am intimately familiar with the various legal systems and concepts, i.e. the civil law system of the European Continent, including the legal systems of Germany, Switzerland, and France, on the one hand, and the Common Law of English-speaking countries on the other.

In order to offer our clients first-rate services, I developed a quality management system many years ago, in which review by a second translator (second-set-of-eyes principle) plays a crucial role. For optimal response to client requirements, I have assembled a small team of professional translators and editors with documented legal and linguistic qualifications. These colleagues are freelance professionals like myself and specialize in legal translation. I primarily work with this team within the scope of quality management (editing / native language quality assurance), but also call on its members to process urgent large-scale projects in a reasonable time frame.

Since 1996 (establishment of the business in Canada):
Renowned law firms and legal departments of international corporations in Europe, primarily from Germany, Switzerland, and France, but also from the U.S. and Canada. 

1980 to 1996 (move to Canada):
Courts of law and offices of public prosecution in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, attorneys and notaries as well as banks and auditing firms in Germany, industrial corporations in Germany and Switzerland.

However, we will gladly provide you with multiple references upon request.
